At Kay Chiropractic Center, we strive for long-term recovery and relief. Many people will attempt at-home care with rest and over-the-counter painkillers that only numb the pain temporarily. This is dangerous since it masks symptoms and will only get worse when the patient runs out of the medication. Thus, we focus on techniques in our practice and ones that patients can complete at home to promote healing.
While medication can be necessary for treatment in certain situations, we will not rely solely on medication. By combining various forms of exercise and stretches at home, patients can continue to remain in a healthy state after the initial treatment. You do not need to let the pain continue controlling your life. The first step is to call our practice and schedule an appointment.
